アートマネジメントをこのまちに〜ever possible to adopt the art management in this town>

二回目の集まりをおえて。アートマネジメント

初回を振り返りながら、現在のこのまちの状態（人々が鑑賞、参加する機会が極めて少ない→関心がなくなる→文化施設が使われなくなる→人が遠ざかる→芸術がきちんと評価されなくなりつつある）を述べ、文化芸術振興基本法に触れ、やまぐち文化芸術振興プランにふれ、県民意識調査を紹介した。

社会の中で芸術のあり方が時代とともに変化しているのを敏感に察知し、適用していく柔軟さが求められているのだ。アートマネジメントを取り入れ、市民が豊かになる技術を働かせていかなければならないと、20年前から実践し、大きな成果を上げている「岐阜県可児市文化創造センター」を紹介。　「社会包摂」の様々な取り組みを紹介する。　そこから刺激をうけ、このまちにあった取り組みのヒントになればとの思いだった。

プロジェクト方針を示し、オンライン書面で閲覧可能とした。　アナログ人口が多いなか、あえて紙では出さずにいた。案の定お叱りをいただいた。　　また、熱意は伝わるが、何を言っているか全くわからなかったと参加者より辛辣なコメント。それぞれのコメントを聞きながら、私の言わんとすることが伝わっていないことが明らかだった。とてもショックである。　個人の音楽活動を宣伝したいわけではない。　過去の栄光は唱えるが、衰退した原因は何なのか、なぜそのままなのか、把握しているのか。それぞれが意識が高まり、それぞれの場において子供たちや、後継者、人材育成、環境つくりを考えた取り組みから一歩が始まると思うのだ。　有名になりたいわけでもビジネスにしたいわけではない。　プレゼン能力があるわけでもない。手探りでプレゼン資料を一から準備するのに1ヶ月かけている。終わったその晩はショックで殆ど睡眠がとれなかった。　

落ち込んでいても始まらない。調整が必要である。　よりよい知恵が与えられるよう、更に勉強が必要である。

The 2nd meeting was a disaster. I received a shocking comment that they didn't understand what I talked about at all, even though they felt my passion. Ouch! The message didn't reach. i was so discouraged. I recap the 1st meeting mentioning our town is the town where people don't know how to appreciate art/music and culture is dying. The art/culture promotion law and Yamaguchi art/culture promotion plan were introduced. 　The concert venue in Gifu was introducd because of its unique approach and successful marketing. we can't do how people did decays ago. We need to adopt new ways of thinking and strategies.

I received a comment that they didn't understand what I talked about at all, even though they saw my enthusiasm. I was so discouraged and shocked. Other said I should go out and perform in order to promote what we are doing. It was clear that many people didn't get it. MY desire is by sharing that info to elevate our knowledge and apply it to wherever they are. I don't have good presentation skills, Actually I spent the whole month preparing for it. Well, keep studying and be diligent. I hope new ideas will come up.
